1. You need to log in as a co-worker

Then go to the welcome letter page www.miun.se/en/student/newstudent/welcomingletters

2. Find your newsletter(s)

Click on the button "here you can edit your newsletters".

Then you will see a new view with a list of all course and programme managers as well as all the letters that are searchable. Here you can find your welcome letters.

3. Edit Welcome letters

Go to the left of your newsletter and go to Action, select Edit.
Now you can start filling in information in your newsletter, links to schedule and more. See help texts for support. Some fields are locked for general student information. Remember to create spaces between the text so it will be easier for students to read.

4. Save and publish the welcome letter

Once all the editing is complete, it is important that you scroll at the bottom of the page and click on the “Save and publish” box. Otherwise, the letter will not be visible to the students.

5. Copy previous newsletters

If you already have previous newsletters, they have been transferred from Atlas. Then you can choose to copy these and update the information. The option will be visible on the page.
