Here, you will find information about how you get access to software for your studies, such as Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, MATLAB, SPSS, Tortalk and on The Hub.
Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (ADT4T)
(previously Microsoft Imagine/Dreamspark)
The Division of Infrastructure has signed an agreement for the university with Microsoft for ADT4T. In short, this means that all students and teaching staff at Mid Sweden University will gain access to Microsoft’s programs for teaching and research needs, for instance Windows operative system. The OfficeSuite is not available for download in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. One of the conditions is that they are used for tests or for non-commercial purposes.
You can only download the program to a computer and you will only have access to Azure Dev Tools for Teaching as long as you are an active student at, or employed by the university. You have the right to use the installed programs after the completion of your studies, but you cannot download or request new license keys.
This download service is entirely separate from the university, which means that the Division of Infrastructure and IT Support cannot offer support for this service.
