Registration conditions for contract education at Mid Sweden University
Registration
Contract education at Mid Sweden University is available to companies and other organizations. Private individuals and sole proprietorships cannot buy contract education. To participate, an employer must cover the cost. This means that only legal entities, not physical ones, can act as clients and order contract education from Mid Sweden University.
Before a course registration is made, your immediate manager must approve your course registration.
An entry is binding, unless it is withdrawn in accordance with the rules for cancellation (please see below).
Confirmation
When you sign up for the course, you will receive an instant confirmation email.
Practical information
Approximately two weeks before the start of the course, a welcome letter with practical information will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided in your registration.
Insurance
The client is responsible for ensuring that the participants are insured during the training.
Payment
The invoice is issued and paid by the participant's employer. The invoice recipient must be a legal entity. The course fee is invoiced with 30 days payment terms.
Cancellation
When cancelling contract education, the following applies, unless otherwise agreed:
- Four weeks before the start of the course, 25% of the course fee will be charged
- Three weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged
- Two weeks before the start of the course, the course fee will be charged in full
Cancelled course
A course may be cancelled if there are too few registered or in other unforeseen circumstances.
