Establishing a cooperation network
The primary purpose is to establish a collaborative network between actors in the public and private sectors to jointly develop forms and methodologies for collaboration across organizational boundaries regarding sustainable construction and housing for the elderly. The focus is on solutions for co-located housing with different forms of tenure for older people with different degrees of support needs, which can provide economic, environmental and social benefits at the individual, organisational and societal level.
Through surveys, interviews, analysis seminars and workshops, needs and forms of collaboration linked to business models will be studied and further developed. One goal is for the work to be of benefit to municipal practice as well as to national policies and international research.
Edith Andresen at CER is the project manager and the next step in the two-year project is a workshop on 23 September.
