CER researchers visited Oceania‑based webinar
Recently, CER researcher Mustafa Nourallah was invited to give an online lecture for academics and practitioners working in financial advice in Australia and New Zealand. The title was "Intelligent finance: Investment and client service in the age of AI".
The branch in Australia and New Zealand is the most active within the framework of the international organization Academy of Financial Services (AFS). At regular intervals, webinars are invited, where academics and practitioners meet, and where new research findings in financial advice are presented and discussed.
Mustafa Nourallah's lecture was based on the rapid development that is taking place in this area and partly on the studies conducted at CER in the research area "Digital Banking and Finance". The presentation, which gave rise to subsequent discussions and exchanges of experience, was part of the cooperation between CER and AFS.
