CER in expanded international cooperation

Jimmy Jaldemark will be in place for two weeks at the end of August. He will present current research in AI, digitalization and lifelong learning and further develop the ongoing collaboration with the research center that Professor Maarten de Laat – also a visiting professor at Mid Sweden University and CER – is responsible for. 

Jussara Reis Andersson will spend two months, September and October, in Australia. She will collect data for a project on how AI affects organizational leadership, present ongoing research and strengthen her personal network.

The collaboration with the Australian research group currently consists of three projects. In a recently published article, a framework for AI and learning in working life was developed on the basis of an extensive literature review. Within the framework of other projects, conference papers are refined into scientific articles. A central implication is the importance of organizations supporting employees' knowledge development, as AI's ability to shape organizations' conditions is a moving target.
