Workshop on sustainable housing for the elderly

The programme included presentations on the current situation from three different perspectives: Sundsvall Municipality, real estate companies and organisations representing the elderly. These were followed by opportunities for reflection and group discussions.

The workshop concluded with a joint summary and a discussion on the next steps for the project, focusing on how new, sustainable and co-located housing solutions can be developed for elderly people with varying levels of support needs.

Around 30 participants took part in the workshop, representing CER and its member organisations HSB Södra Norrland and Mitthem, as well as Drakfastigheter, Sundsvall Municipality, PRO and SPF Seniorerna.
