The Swedish Winter Sports Research Centre offers a number of different tests to evaluate your physical status. The simplest tests include a running test or max test, in which we calculate your oxygen uptake. There are also complex lactate threshold test with a concluding VO2 max measurement (maximum oxygen uptake). Regardless of whether you want to cycle, run, rollerski, or paddle a kayak ergometer or rowing ergometer, we adapt the test to your needs. We can also tailor test packages in which we offer measurement of body composition, fitness tests, movement screening and strength tests.
