DigiLab ‑ STC Digital Transformation Lab

The project addresses the challenge of limited access to technical resources and cutting-edge expertise in AI among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region. The target group is SMEs, researchers, and public actors who, in collaboration with Mid Sweden University, are given access to powerful computing resources and a platform for collaboration and innovation.

Investments in AI infrastructure and the organization of seminars, workshops, and collaboration forums will create the conditions for developing new technical solutions and sustainable business models. The project will give companies better opportunities to use AI to streamline their processes, reduce their climate impact, and increase their competitiveness, while giving researchers access to a modern 
experimental environment for future technological breakthroughs.
