Financial support for Open Access publishing – news 2022

Researchers affiliated with Mid Sweden University can publish open access free of charge in journals from various publishers. This is made possible through national library agreements meaning that the library will cover the APC (article processing charge).
News 2022
- ACM OPEN – new agreement with ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), the library covers the APC. Information from ACM about ACM OPEN.
- MDPI – new agreement that gives a 10% discount on the APC in the publisher's journals, the cost is invoiced and paid for by the author.
Since publishers often identify eligible articles from your email domain name, make sure to always use your Mid Sweden University e-mail address (firstname.lastname@miun.se) at all stages of the publishing.
