• Issue and administer Miun tags. These act as key tags and give you access to computer labs and buildings. Learn more about Miun tag.
• Answer questions of a general nature regarding universities
• Answer simple course and programme questions as well as general study questions and refer you correctly with other questions that need to be passed on to a specific unit, function or department
• Find your schedule
• Inform about current events on campus and residents in the locality
• Inform and top up your savings account in EduPrint
• Issuing a certificate of study
• With us, you can buy office supplies, compendiums and promotional products in our Service Centers on campus or visit our webshop
• With us you can borrow certain technical equipment such as a laptop (a day's loan). Read more about borrowing a laptop, a dictaphone or a hearing loop

If you have forgotten something on Campus, you can always turn to us at the Service Center as we receive a lot of things that have been found in our premises.

Drop-in times for the Student Union: 

During weeks 27-35, the Student Union has a summer break and closed for Drop-in in the Service Center. Opens again on September 1.

The Student Union is located at the Service Center in Sundsvall on the following days and times:

Monday 11:00-13:00
Tuesday   09:00-11:00
Wednesday 13:00-16:00
Thursday 11:00-16:00
Friday  13:00-16:00

The Student Union is located at the Service Center in Östersund on the following days and times:

1-12 September open 11-13

From 15 September, regular opening hours for drop-in apply:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00-13:00
