Model release/ publishing of photos/film footage/audio recordings

I hereby grant Mid Sweden University the permission to use photographs, film footage or audio recordings featuring my image, from this event. The material will be used both in print and digitally, both internally and externally, in a marketing context to promote the University. 

This agreement applies to print and digital media formats including print publications, our website, film and social media, advertising, press images, as well as in collaborations with our research partners.

They may also be used in the future, for this purpose. I also allow my personal data to be transferred to third countries, if needed, for this purpose.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Once the form is sent in, you will receive an email containing the information above and information about whom to contact if you have questions.
