Background

Dr. Sarder Fakhrul Abedin is a senior lecturer in Computer Engineering at Mid Sweden University (MIUN) since 2021. In 2013, he received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Kristianstad University, Sweden, where he received a travel grant from the Bangladesh-Sweden Trust Fund. In 2020, Sarder Fakhrul Abedin received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Kyung Hee University (KHU), South Korea. During his Ph.D., he was the President scholarship recipient for his research and studies at KHU. He has vast experience in project management and development of various artificial intelligence and machine learning-based wireless applications, funded by the Brain Korea 21st Century Plus (BK21+) and Ministry of Science ICT, South Korea. In 2020, he received a Postdoctoral fellowship at KHU under the Kyung Hee University-Industry Cooperation Foundation. He has also received the STINT initiation grant while serving as a Postdoctoral researcher at MIUN in 2020. He has several Korean and International patents (pending and granted) and published his works in highly reputable conferences and journals.
