I am a PhD candidate in Business Administration, affiliated with the Centre for Research on Economic Relations (CER) and the national research school GRADE. My research focuses on lifelong learning in a digitalised financial sector, exploring how individual and organisational learning processes interact to support adaptability and change.
Background
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from MCI Innsbruck and a Master’s degree in Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Driven by curiosity and a strong interest in organisational development and change, I look forward to contributing to CER’s research environment and connecting academic work with real-world challenges.
Research
As technological advances rapidly reshape tasks and competence demands, I aim to understand how learning can be integrated into everyday practices, and how organisations can create conditions for continuous competence development that benefit both employees and organisations over time. The project is part of a national initiative on collaborative doctoral education funded by the Knowledge Foundation, and my head supervisor is Professor Peter Öhman.
