Research
Teams and teamwork and how teamwork can relate to an organization’s sustainable quality culture. This involves all types of teams and teamwork in all levels of an organization, from top management teams to teams at an operational level.
My research is also about how to describe and explore a methodology for assessing teamwork and sustainable quality culture in an organization, focusing on TMTs.
