Develop leadership and teamwork at nursing homes for increased nursing quality
The overall aim of the project is to use the Magnet Model as a starting point to develop methodologies and working methods to increase the leaders' abilities to create a sustainable quality culture within nursing homes.
The purpose is also to strengthen the nursing team's ability to jointly create increased quality that leads to better care for the elderly. The purpose will be achieved through cooperation between the two research subjects, Quality Management and Nursing Science.
