I am an Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) in the Software Engineering and Education group at Mid Sweden University.

Research
My research focuses on applied software engineering, with a particular interest in how AI tools are reshaping development practices, education, and organizational settings. I study:
- Changing roles and practices of developers using generative AI
- How teams and students learn, adapt, and integrate AI into their work
- Testing and quality assurance in systems involving AI/ML
- Methods such as rapid reviews to strengthen research–practice integration
Teaching and tutoring
I teach in the Software Engineering program (Software Testing, Thesis, Research Methods) and in Computer Science (Research Methods and thesis supervision).
