Bachelor's degree from Istanbul Technical University, Industrial Product Design program and Master's degree in Design for all from Mid Sweden University.
Work experience as an industrial designer, service designer and project leader mainly in healthcare.

Research

My doctoral project is a collaboration between Lund University, Mid Sweden University and the Sundsvall's hospital, Region Västernorrland. I will be doing field studies in the form of co-creative design processes with patients that are intended to be carried out to support equity and self-care of women with pelvic floor injuries.

Teaching and tutoring

Teaches courses in industrial design, graphic design and technical design in the following areas:
Design methodology, creativity and problem solving, project management, illustration, scientific method, universal design, design of easy-to-handle packaging, computer-aided industrial design.

Other information

Is the project manager for the design competition Design Open, which is aimed at all design educations at upper secondary level with the aim of raising the quality of the educations and increasing interest in design, science and technology. https://www.miun.se/designopen

Is a designer in a project that developed an app against domination techniques in collaboration with the Forum for Gender Studies, the Forum for Digitization and the Department of Design. Worked at Region Västernorrland, Royal Institute of Technology, Karolinska Institutet, Research Institutes of Sweden, among others. Run own company on the side that had assignments from the Swedish Institute, Konstfack - University of Arts, Crafts and Design, University of Gävle, School of Design at Umeå University, Istanbul Mineral and Metals Exporters' Association.
