Time for a new employee survey
Every two years, we at Mid Sweden University conduct an employee survey and now it's time again. The date for the upcoming employee survey is February 2, 2026.
On 2nd of February, the employee survey was distributed via e-mail to all staff at Mid Sweden University. The message was sent from ‘Mittuniversitetet Survey.’ The deadline for completing the survey is Sunday, 22nd of February.
The aim of the survey is to develop Mid Sweden University’s organizational and social work environment in order to create an attractive and sustainable work environment for all employees and managers.
Mid Sweden University is using COPSOQ III (Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire) as a tool for measuring the organizational and social work environment and based on a scientific basis. The tool has been developed in collaboration between practice and research and the questions are validated.
The results of the employee survey do not constitute a rating; rather, they serve as a basis for dialogue within the organization.”
