The results are now available – the next step in our shared work environment efforts
Earlier this year, all employees were encouraged to take the pulse of our work environment by participating in the employee survey. The results of the 2026 Employee Survey have now been compiled and published on the portal.
The results are not a verdict or a performance rating, but a basis for dialogue. They provide a shared picture of how we experience our work environment, our collaboration, and our conditions at work, and are intended to serve as a starting point for important conversations within the organisation.

All employees are encouraged to review the results ahead of the local dialogues that will take place, including discussions at staff meetings (APT).
In several examples from the Work Environment in Focus series, we have seen how the employee survey can support shared dialogue and lead to concrete improvements. The results are intended to be used in the same way this time – as a starting point for ongoing dialogue in everyday work.
