Based on HEaD and the team "Teachers to teachers", FUS now invites you to the start of collegiums where teachers can explore important teaching issues together.

Within HEaD, Higher Education and Digitalisation 2022-2027, several development projects have shown how much happens when teachers are given the opportunity to explore teaching issues together. The projects have highlighted a strong commitment to collegial learning, where experiences, ideas and challenges are shared closely with their own teaching practice. At the same time, there is also the Teacher-to-Teacher team as an open arena where all teachers at Miun can meet across subject and department boundaries to ask questions, test ideas and find collaborations.

The development of a learning culture requires arenas where teachers together identify and work with issues in their own teaching practice. With HEaD as a foundation and Teacher-to-Teacher as a meeting place, we now want to invite more teachers to form collegiums around issues that feel important in their own teaching. The idea is to start creating safe learning communities where teachers dare to wonder, explore and sometimes challenge together. Some teachers already have such communities; others may want more contexts where pedagogical issues can be developed jointly. Therefore, FUS now wants to enable more people to discuss and exchange thoughts and experiences in a safe environment, by initiating these collegiums that then need to become self-sustaining:

You can register your interest no later than 25/9 to one or both colleges:

  • "AI in education"
  • "Building Learning Communities in Distance Learning"
