Primula is now working again and all cases relating to February salary need to be registered and certified as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday 8 February.

Cases that can lead to a salary deduction, such as absence, are given higher priority, which means that all cases may not be included in the February salary.

It is of the utmost importance that cases are registered and then approved on an ongoing basis until Thursday in order for as much as possible to keep up with the February salary. Receipts also need to be received by HR on time.

Due to the high workload at the moment, the HR department is not able to answer questions by phone or email directly to the administrators, but encourages those who have questions to first contact the National Government Service Center, SSC, on 0771-451 000 or email primula@miun.se
