Don't forget to answer the employee survey
Today, February 5th, the employee survey has been sent out by email to all employees at Mid Sweden University. The sender of the mail is B-engaged. The last day to answer the survey is Sunday, February 25.
The employee survey is part of Mid Sweden University’s systematic work environment management where the organisational and social work environment is examined. The tool used is COPSOQ III (Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire), which has been developed in collaboration between practice and research. The questions in the survey are validated.
The result of the study of the organisational and social work environment is not a grade but a basis for dialogue in the organisation.
