The 2023 salary audit is complete
The 2023 salary revision is now completed. The new salary is paid out on the March salary with retroactively from 1 October 2023. During week 10, you will be able to see your preliminary salary specification in Primula, with your new salary, for March.
The goal is for all employees to know the basis on which the salary is set and what can be done to influence their salary. It is also one of the issues to be discussed in the performance review this spring. You who have not had a pay-setting conversation and want to get feedback on your new salary can talk to your head of department.
The doctoral ladder have also been fully negotiated. The new salary levels will be paid out in March and with retroactivity from 1 October 2023.
