Staff Weeks and language courses
Universities sometimes organize "Staff Week" or "International Week" to host international visitors for professional development. "Staff Weeks" concentrate visitors to one week, usually within specific themes or topics.

The website Imotion Staff Mobility EU publishes information about upcoming Staff Weeks that are open for application, job shadowing, and similar opportunities for continuing professional development within the Erasmus+ framework.
Participation in a Staff Week or job shadowing does not require an Erasmus+ exchange agreement between institutions/organizations.
Language courses
