Individual room bookings of Mid Sweden University's common lecture halls, classrooms and computer rooms are made by the schedule function. The schedule function books rooms for various meetings, events, conferences and dissertations that take place during the year.

The schedule function books rooms for various meetings, events, conferences and dissertations that take place during the year.
If you want to book a lecture hall, classroom or computer room, you can create a case in the Service Portal, under Schedule through the Service Portal or fill in the room booking template that you will find below and submit your scheduling requests in the service portal.
OBSERVE! We need to know a cost centre, i.e. organisational unit (account field 2) and activity (account field 4) when you want to book a room that is not linked to any course code.
