Faculty‑wide courses

The Faculty of Science, Technology and Media currently has two faculty-wide courses that are given regularly. These courses are compulsory for most of the faculty's doctoral students. Compulsory courses are stated in the general syllabus of the third-cycle subject.

• Scientific writing and presentation (syllabus) is given every year during the spring semester. Kristen Snyder and Mårten Sjöström are course coordinators.
• Scientific philosophy, ethics and research methods (syllabus) is given every year during the autumn semester. Kristen Snyder is the course coordinator.
