Information on the problems with new MiunID´s

During the last weeks, there have been problems with the creation of MiunID and logging in to the student web. The issue has now been partially resolved, two things remains. Troubleshooting is in progress. Logging in to the learning platform Moddle and Ladok works.

As of April 12, most of the functions in M365 have been restored.

The problems that remain are as follows:

  • Can't create new teams in Teams.
  • If you need a new password for your MiunID, you need to contact IT support.

This works for you as a newly registered student as of March 28

This does not work at present

  • You will not be able to access your Microsoft services, M365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, e-mail) at the moment as the synchronization between Mid Sweden University and Microsoft's cloud services does not work. Troubleshooting is in progress.

Do you need to do something as a student?

  • No, the solution with Microsoft comes automatically. As soon as the synchronization is up and running again, you can access your M365 services when you log in to the student web with your username and password.
  • Keep track of your assignments in Moodle as notifications via your student email do not work
