Consent to publication in DiVA
When submitting your independent project, you must consent to or decline publication in the DiVA database.
You do this using a separate form, “Consent to publication”. On the form, you indicate whether your work is to be freely available to read and download, or whether only information about the work (for example, the author’s name, title and any abstract) is to be available. You may also choose for neither the work nor information about it to be publicly available in DiVA.
The form is made available by the course coordinator, but it can also be downloaded here: link to the form. Contact your course coordinator if you have any questions.
Please note that independent projects (degree projects) are official documents and are archived in DiVA. As a general rule, they are disclosed upon request, but a confidentiality assessment is always carried out in accordance with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
