Huvudintresse idag är respektfulla arbetsplatser och välbefinnande på jobbet. Engagemang är en annan beroende variabel. Dels statistisk modellering med variabler som t ex organisationsstöd, organisationsrättvisa och ledarskapskommunikation. Dels planerad interventionsforskning.
Respektfullhet på jobbet i denna forskning bygger på en tredimensionell modell; avsaknad av trakasserier m.m., hövlighet m.m. samt upplevelsen av att känna sig respekterad.
