Evaluation of the County Administrative Board of Västernorrland's crisis management work due to Covid‑19
This project focuses on evaluating the internal work at the County Administrative Board of Västernorrland regarding the management of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The aim is to increase knowledge and understanding of the internal crisis management work.
The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic places new demands on crisis management work in all public activities. This project aims to evaluate the internal crisis management work at the County Administrative Board of Västernorrland during the period March-August 2020. The evaluation is based on the following issues:
- What has happened and how did it happen?
- What overall lessons can be learned from the internal crisis management work so far?
- How can the lessons be transformed into improvements and developed crisis management?
The evaluation will provide an overall account of the course of events, and serve as a common frame of reference for future events. Thereby, an increased knowledge and understanding of how the internal crisis management has worked in relation to units, coordination team, and county management in the management of covid-19.
