AFESA ‑ Aluminum alloys and functionalization of aluminum for energy storage applications
The project focusses on aluminium materials for various kinds of energy storage applications.
This project strengthens the research and the education in the field of materials science and physics at Mid Sweden University through the work done by an associate senior lecturer and a PhD student. The associate senior lecturer will develop physics related courses and conduct lecturing in physics-related courses given in our education programs, supervise PhD students and co-author scientific articles in peer review journals, actively participate in the collegiate system at group, department and faculty level, apply for and receive funding for research projects, and build up national and international research networks. The PhD student develops energy storage solutions based on aluminum materals and alloys.
