Functional teams

At present, there are relatively large differences in culture between two departments that have merged into one function for digitization and IT. This has led to, among other things, challenges within the work environment. To work with this challenge, the municipality of Sundsvall collaborates with the subject of quality technology and management at Mid Sweden University in this project which is based on an interactive research design and relevant research. The project consists of two parallel parts, where both employees and leaders within the function work to develop and improve team-based methods and ways of working to create a more homogeneous and sustainable work culture and improved work environment.
