Background
I´ve worked in the manufacturing industry with human resources, organizational development, quality and Lean. I´ve also held a number of leadership positions in both the private sector and in academia.
Area of interest
My research focuses on how organizations can work to create, and how they can measure, a culture which provides opportunities for long-term, sustainable quality development. My focus is on behaviors, values and leadership. I have to some extent focused on the quality initiative Lean.
Research
I am currently involved in two collaborative projects. One is a three-year project in collaboration with the municipality of Sundsvall. The project aims to identify, describe, test and evaluate how municipal healthcare can become an attractive and learning workplace.
The second is a one-year project and in collaboration with Örnsköldsvik municipality. In this project, the aim is to develop a model for evaluating efficiency in municipal group companies in Örnsköldsvik, which incorporates both the owner's and the customer's value perspective.
Teaching and tutoring
Teaches at our Master's program "Quality Management and Leadership" where I also supervise Master theses.
Other information
I also work with cooperation and commissioned education in house and together with different kinds of organisations.
