The Syntax of Equality, A Tool for Expressing and Implementing Equality and Inclusion
The Syntax of Equality project develops tools and conceptual frameworks to help municipalities integrate equality and inclusion into urban development.
The subject combines scientific methodology, artistic creativity, and practical craftsmanship. A graphic designer is responsible for the visual culture of society in a world constantly in need of redesign, both evolutionary and revolutionary. This self-imposed responsibility is historically rooted in a tradition where all design aims to sustainably improve society.
Graphic design is methodically created in a design process that, through practical and theoretical reflection, is developed and refined based on experience, attributes, and critical questioning. Central to the design process is managing the concept of creativity. This involves continually seeking the new through a critical questioning of history and the present, aiming to avoid the application of old solutions to modern problems and harness design as a force for societal development.
In Graphic Design, we offer first-cycle (undergraduate) and second-cycle (Master's) programmes and courses.
