Economics BA (B), Microeconomics and Industrial Organization, 7.5 hp
Households and firms meet daily in more or less competitive markets. In this course, consumption and production theories are used to understand household and firm behavior, for exampel how they optimize their choices given certain limitations, how they compete strategically and how policy measures can be used to improve the efficiency of markets.
The structure of the teaching
This course is taught through lectures and seminars online. There is voluntary possibility to meet on campus in Östersund or Sundsvall.
