Improved access to the IA system
Access to the IA system has now been improved for managers and staff with delegated work environment responsibilities at Mid Sweden University. A simplified login process makes it easier to work with systematic work environment management.
The IA system is a key tool in the University’s systematic work environment management and is used, among other things, to report incidents, accidents and work environment deficiencies, as well as to follow up on implemented measures. The simplified login supports managers and others with delegated work environment responsibilities in working in a structured and continuous way with work environment issues within their area of responsibility.
The IA system supports follow-up, documentation and accountability within the work environment area and plays an important role in the employer’s responsibility for a safe and sustainable working environment.
The IA system is accessed via the staff web and from now on you log on using your regular MIUN account and Secure authentication, MFA.
