"Employee dialogues are among the most important meetings you have"

Now it’s time for this year’s employee dialogues. Take the opportunity to have a deeper dialogue with your head of department/manager and raise important questions about your and our work development.

The employee dialogues are also part of Mid Sweden University’s systematic environment work and your head of department/manager’s tools to monitor your work environment and health at an individual level. It is therefore important that both heads/managers and employees prioritise employee dialogues.

— The employee dialogues that I have with all the employees are among the most important meetings you have. Even though they can be hard at times, they're even the funniest conversations. There are so few opportunities for an in-depth dialogue on both development and work environment, says Fredrik Ståhl, Head of Department of Quality Management and Mechanical Engineering (KMT).

— The talks are really an opportunity to talk about how you as an employee have it at work and what you want to develop in. With us, basically all employees chose to take advantage of the opportunity that the employee dialogues is, says Marie Häggström, Head of Department of Health Sciences (HOV).

Now there is a new template for the employee dialogues where, among other things, the issues of work environment and health have become more focused.
