Overleaf is a cloud service that Miun has not signed an agreement with and that stores information on the company's own servers. This means that you need to be careful about how you use the service.
Before inviting participants to contribute to the tool, inform them of their rights. This is important for them to be able to make an informed decision about whether or not to contribute.
When the article is completed, you should turn off the ability to edit more on the article. You should also save it digitally on one of Miun's recommended storage solutions, as it is conceivable that it could be considered a public document.
Restrictions
Since the company behind Overleaf could, at least in theory, trace a contribution to a participant, it is important that you avoid discussion topics that could encourage writing contributions that reveal sensitive personal information.
During the activity, keep track of the entries so that no one accidentally writes identifying or sensitive information.
