Spring knowledge meetings

20 February, 12:30–13:15: Sleep

A lot of time in front of the computer, high stress levels, high demands and maybe both coffee, energy drinks and late nights can create problems with sleep. We talk about what affects our sleep and how we can improve sleep.

19 March, 12.30–13.15: Social challenges during studies

The study period can be a time of amazing human encounters. Social activities with other students, group work and joint study activities. It can also be loneliness, conflicts in the study group and challenges in group work. We go through some tips and advice on how to deal with social challenges.

16 April, 12:30–13:15: Stress and performance

Going to university can mean a lot of stress to cope with your studies. With performance-based self-esteem, it's even harder when exams don't go as planned. We talk about what stress is and how we can relate to it. We look at what high standards do to us and how we can seek Good Enough for the sake of our health.
