Information for presenters
With a total of 160 abstracts we run a very tight schedule throughout the Symposium and need your help to stick to it.
Each presentation is expected to last for approximately 12 minutes, with a flexibility of +/- 2 minutes, followed by approximately 5 minutes dedicated to questions and discussions. We kindly ask that during your presentation, you focus primarily on sharing your findings and conclusions and just provide some context by briefly touching upon the background, theoretical framework, and relevant methodological details, which will aid in a more productive and fruitful discussion.
If you plan to use a presentation tool like PowerPoint or a slideshow, please ensure it is readily available on your laptop or a USB stick. Our room hosts will be happy to help you with setting up your presentation during the break before the session begins.
We ask all session chairs and active presenters to be in their rooms 15 minutes before their session starts.
