Min doktorsavhandling fokuserade på rektors ledarskapspraktiker i arbetet med kollaborativa förbättringsprocesser. Avhandlingen finns att ladda ned här:

- Fokuserar nu ett forskningsprojekt tillsammans med Tony Bush och Maria Styf där vi undersöker potentiella rektorers identitetsformation under utbildning, med tre planerade publikationer.
- Genomför två studier som fokuserar på rektorers ledarskap och hantering av Covid-19 pandemin, i samarbete med Maria, Styf, Sandra Lund och Monica Sjöstrand.
- Ingår i Forskningsgruppen Utbildningsledarskap och skolutveckling.
- Ingår i Forskningsgruppen Forskning om Rektorer i Norden (FORN).
- Svensk representant, deltagare och partner i NetEduProject: www.neteduproject.org.

Undervisning

-Utvecklar, undervisar och är kursansvarig för kursen "Att leda i kris, 7,5hp", HT23 som ges för erfarna rektorer i samarbete med Linnéuniversitetet, Försvarshögskolan och RCR-labbet på Mittuniversitetet.
