Forskning
My thesis aims to analyze in what way civil society organizations (CSOs) work is shaped, limited, and enabled by different resources and contexts. Overall, the following research questions will be answered in four research articles.
- What incentives are there for CSOs interaction with other CSOs or the municipality?
- How can different geographical contexts affect CSOs possibility to act?
- In what ways are CSO dependent on different types of internal and external resources?
If we gain greater knowledge of the circumstances that affect CSOs work and what affects it has on societal resilience, leader, founders and other might be able to adjust their work and support to ensure that the society remains robust and resilient for future events. Because CSOs work is vital to support governmental-, regional- and local- authorities in a variety of fields, this work is not only crucial in the context of migration and caring for refugees but rather for society at large.
