I dagsläget i slutfas med pågående avhandlingsarbete som fokuserar på rektors ledarskap när lokala skolor arbetar med kollaborativa förbättringsprocesser.

Undervisning

Undervisar i det nationella Rektorsprogrammet 30hp inom kursen Skolledarskap och är kursansvarig för verksamhetsutvecklande professionshandledning.

Övrigt

Doktorandrepresentant i Fakultetsnämnden för Humanvetenskap.
