Our common interest is to conduct research aimed at equivalence in education. We strive for knowledge development in didactics, inclusion and diversity in a school development and society perspective.

The group's work includes external monitoring in the form of discussion of texts and new research concerning our areas of interest. We also engage in joint review and discussion of our own publications in the work phase. We also provide each other's support in terms of qualifications, co-writing, project applications and other applications for research grants. Our ambition is that the department's research concerning our areas of interest will be strengthened and revitalized in this way.
