Publish Open Access with funding through national library agreements with various publishers. Costs covered by the agreements are prepaid.
Self-service mean that the library will be open for self-service, providing access to the premises even when the information desk is not staffed.

Do you need materials that are not available in our collections? In that case, we'll do our best to acquire the materials for you, either by purchasing them or borrowing from another library.
