The first thing you need to do if you want to apply for a study place at our university is to identify which applicant group you belong to. This is very important, as the application process differs between exchange students and international degree-students (non-exchange).
Two admission rounds for international degree-students (non-exchange)
Each semester has two admission rounds - or periods - to apply to each semester, but there are differences between the two.We encourage ALL applicants, who require a residence permit from the Swedish Migration Agency to enter Sweden, to apply in the first admission round! The first admission round offers the best chances of being granted a residence permit in time for the education start.
Read about the application dates for admission rounds at Key dates and deadlines.
