Instructions for registering for a licentiate seminar
For an application for a licentiate seminar to be handled by the faculty office, all documents must be submitted. For a complete description of the procedures for public defences at the Faculty of NMT, please refer to the description of the procedures in the list of documents below.
Book an appointment
When you have set a time for the licentiate seminar, check that the time you want to book is not taken. Inform administrator John Håkansson what time you wish to book. This can be done as soon as possible, even if you have not finished the "Application for licentiate seminar".
Contact the printing company, jorgen.carlsson@miun.se as soon as you know the date.
The printing company needs to know how to post the cost in order to book a date.
Periodically, many people have to print their theses, so it can be difficult to get a time for printing that fits the planned graduation date. Before proofing, the thesis must be proofread and proofread. If you need to change the date for printing/proofing, the printing company must be contacted as soon as possible to change its planning.
Booked times for dissertations and licentiate seminars
Below are current booked times for licentiate seminars and dissertations at the Faculty of Science, Technology and Media. Booking is primarily allowed during semester times, but is also possible up to two weeks after the end of the spring semester.
