Crossing the School Transition: Students’ Experiences of and Needs for Education on Sexuality, Consent and Relationships in Lower and Upper Secondary School
The aim is to explore differences in students’ experiences of and perceived needs for education on sexuality, consent and relationships between the final year of lower secondary school and upper secondary school, and whether these differences remain after adjustment for relevant characteristics.
Data have already been collected through two separate data collections (2025–2026) in Jämtland County, Sweden. The total sample comprises approximately 1,600 students. The specific aim and research questions will be developed in consultation with the supervisor. We recommend that two students work together on this study.
