I have become ill and cannot attend the course? What do I need to do?
If you have just caught a cold or similar and will be absent for a short time, you do not need to make a formal notification of illness. However, if you have a compulsory element of the course or booked study time with your fellow students, you must of course notify the course coordinator or fellow students. If, on the other hand, you are ill for a long time, you need to report sick to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in order for CSN to be correct (not for international students), and you also need a medical certificate for this.
I have injured myself when I was at university. What do I need to do?
If you have been injured on campus, you must submit a report in the incident reporting system IA. This is important because you may be entitled to compensation and because it can be something that can be prevented so as not to affect others. You can find more information about how to report in IA here.

I have been suspended from my studies and do not feel well. How can I get help?
As a student, you have the right to a conversation with a counsellor or priest even if you have been suspended for a period. You can then book an appointment for a remote conversation with us. Here you will find information on how to book an appointment.
I seek answers to deeper questions about life, but feel that I cannot move forward on my own. How can I get help?
Yes, sometimes you need to stop and reflect on life. It can be difficult to talk about things that you can't really put your finger on. Our student chaplains welcome everyone, regardless of faith or outlook on life. You can find more information about how to book an appointment with one of our student chaplains here.
I have difficulty with my studies due to mental illness but am not entitled to special educational support. How can I get help?
If your studies are difficult and you are not entitled to special study support, you can instead receive support through Supported Education (SEd). Here you can read more about how you can get a mentor through Supported Education.
Can I book a doctor's appointment with you?
We do not have a doctor and if you need to see a doctor, contact your health center or 1177 for advice. You can read more here.
